Catalonia is an European reference in the innovation and medical devices field, standing out as a region in which many actors involved in the development of innovative new technologies (private enterprise, university, hospital) have the ability to interact with each other to develop new solutions in the field of medical technologies, providing thus an improvement in the patients’ health.
In this frame, ‘Parc de Salut’ organizes "Catalonia: Working in Health" forum as a meeting point through complementary parallel sessions. During three days, there will be meetings held by experts from around the world and specialists who would be the final users of the medical devices. The aim is to share technology, knowledge, experience and chances within the health care sector.
In this way the forum coordination, carried out by ‘Parc de Salut’, promotes at international level an interaction between businesses and other agents working in the health sector that comes true by encouraging and making easier the sharing of knowledge through a total amount of six parallel working sessions.
The "Catalonia: Working in Health" forum, organized by Parc de Salut will coordinate a total of 6 parallel sessions, focusing on different specialties and complementary actions within the medical sector, such as the technologies to be applied in surgery, bio-photonics, and aging, so on:
